A GURPS based game that occurred during the 2nd war of the Ring, in the time of Aragorn and Frodo.
The campaign wove in and out of the Tolkien story, concentrating on the elements of the war not expounded upon by Tolkien.
Where the game and the story did interact, the "canon" of work took a backseat to the RPG, and the players had some effect on outcomes at the end of Return of the King.
