Kendra Deverin: Human Mayor of Sandpoint, Generaly considered a good mayor and fair.
Belor Hemlock: Human Sheriff of Sandpoint, A tough enforcer. A bit of a drunk and can get rowdy.
Garridan Viskalai: Human (Shoanti) Owner of "The White Deer" tavern and inn. Bother of the Sheriff.
Maver Kesk: Human jeweler. Married to Pennae Kesk and owner of the local jewelery shop. Employs several local young thugs to hang outside of his shop as guards.
Brodert Quink: Human sage. Expert in Varisian history and engineering. Also a student of Thessilonian ruins and lore.
Savah Bevaniky: Human Armorer. She sells armor and weapons.
Nisk Tander: Half-elf alchemist. Owner of "Bottled Solutions".
Chask Haladan: 70 year old human and owner of "The Curious Goblin"; a local bookstore.

Banny Harker: Human owner of the sandpoint lumber mill. Is secretly seeing Katrine Vinder behind her father's back.
Ibor Thorn: Human owner of the lumber mill along with his partner Banny.
Ven Vinder: Human owner of the General Store. Hot tempered and over protective of his two daughters Katrine and Shayliss. Husband to Solsta Vinder.
Katrine Vinder: Human eldest daughter(18)of Ven Vinder. Lover of Banny Harker for several years.
Shayliss Vinder: Human youngest daughter (16) of Ven Vinder. Is well known as the easiest girl in town.
Jargie Quinn: Human owner of "The Hagfish" tavern located by the docks.
Ameiko Kaijitsu: Human adventurer and owner of "The Rusty Dragon". After the death of her father and brother; now owner of the Glass Works and member of Sandpoint's ruling council.
Bethana Corwin: Halfling maid working for Ameiko at the Rusty Dragon.
Tsuto Kaijitsu: Half-elf brother of Ameiko. Outcast of the family; murdered his father and conspired with Nualia to destroy Sandpoint.
Aldern Foxglove: Human noble traveling through Sandpoint when the goblins attacked. Lost his dog to a goblin "Dog slicer" and was saved by the party. has been unable to properly reward the group.
Titus Scarnetti: Head of the Scarnetti noble family. Controls Sandpoint's lumber and mill industry.
Belven Valdemar: Head of the Valdemar noble family. Controls shipping and owns the Sandpoint shipyard.
Lonjiku Kaijitsu: Deceased head of the Kaijitsu noble family. Controlled sandpoint's most profitable industry; glass making.
Shalelu Andosana: Elf ranger; bounty hunter/mercenary and protector of the region. Visits Sandpoint once every few months for supplies and to update the Mayor and sheriff of local news and events.

Sarenrae: NG Sun, Redemtion, Honesty, Healing. Angel with arms outstretched and wings curled above in an ankh-like shape.
Shelyn: NG Beauty, Art, Love, Music. Exotic songbird with a long rainbow-colored tail curling up over its head.
Torag: LG Forge, Protection, Strategy, War. A gleaming silver hammer with blocky runes on it.
Urgathoa: NG Gluttony, Disease, Loss. White-eyed housefly with bloodstained wings and feet and a distorted human skull pattern on its body.
Zon-Kuthon: LE Envy, Pain, Darkness. Battered skull with no lower jaw; a spiky chain has been threaded in one eye socket and out the other, so the two chains hang down like metal
